Spa Policies & Etiquette

  • Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your service to enjoy the amenities.
  • Slippers and a comfortable robe will be provided during your time with us.
  • Enjoy all the spa has to offer before or after your perfectly prepared spa appointments. During this relaxation time unwind with light refreshments in our co-ed whisper zones or solarium. Relax your muscles in the tranquility of our gender-specific eucalyptus steam rooms.
  • To preserve our tranquil environment and the privacy of our spa guest's cell phones, cameras, and videos are asked to remain off during your time with us. Children over the age of 12 or older are more than welcome to enjoy the salon with the supervision of an adult; young adults over 18 are permitted to use the locker and steam areas.
  • To enhance your spa experience we ask all guests to be aware of our cancellation policy. Cancellations made 48 hours before the appointment time will be charged at 50% of the total treatment value. Cancellations made inside 24 hours will be charged the full 100%.
