Robbie Meade is a professional musician based in Virginia Beach, VA, with over four decades of experience honing his skills as a vocalist, guitarist, and steel drummer. He received his first guitar for Christmas in 1979 and hasn’t put it down since. A seasoned performer, he has entertained audiences in the Caribbean and coast-to-coast including at music venues on the Florida gulf coast, as well as at casinos in Las Vegas, Reno, and Lake Tahoe and on Disney Cruise Lines, Royal Caribbean, and Carnival Cruise Lines. Currently, he is a local favorite on the Virginia Beach oceanfront music scene and a well-known artist at “parrot head” club events around the country. In addition to performing as a solo artist, on occasion he also performs with The Tiki Bar Band, a popular beach music band in Virginia Beach, where he takes the stage before sold-out crowds. As a former member of The CalypsoNuts, he has recorded six albums. Robbie enjoys performing many genres of music and in recent years, has focused on what he calls “the vibe”.
